Question about charging

Hey guys! Have a quick question about charging batteries. I have a cheap radient reflex 1.5A charger, and the charger that came with my phantom. When i measure the voltages of my packs after i get done charging (with either charger) they're pretty consistently 4.2, 4.2, and 3.8 volts. Is that normal?

Did you also attach the small balance connector from the batteries to the charger while charging?

Yes, the 1.5a charger ONLY has a connection for the balance plug

Which model quad do you have?

He obviously has either a Phantom 1 or an FC40.

So one cell seems a bit low, but probably still good. What are the voltages about half-way through a flight?
