Question about charger

I just found from old papers (helicopter stuffs) i have with me that information:

Hyperion HK Ltd.

Are those kind of charger can be interresting to have for us (drone owners), or it be completly useless ?

These are excellent chargers but you don't need them for intelligent batteries of P3/P4 as they have internal control circuitry to control cell to cell charging.

Can those chargers can be necessary for slow discharge ?

i'v read about the 8% discharge before recharging to full.
It can help the give some equalizer for each cell.

I'm still reading couple of thing about Lipo batteries, it's still not clear for me, the best practice.
