    Anyone else get frustrated with the constant use of the word drone. I think there are to many negative emotions attached to that word. Anyone else feel the same? Please please stop calling them drones!

    I like the word Drone... besides.. people don't know what a multirotor quadcopter is! lol

    I like the term, I just don't like the way the media drones on and on about it.

    I call it a remote controlled helicopter and then wait to see how people correct me.

    I've joined the bandwagon. I call it a drone as well--it sounds much cooler than a quad or multirotor.

    Also, you might want to voice your opinion to dronefly.com haha

    My nephew in Nevada flies a drone in Afghanistan for USAF. He might get a good chuckle if he saw my "drone". I am OK with rc quadcopter.
