pv2+ wifi extender to phone problems

    Please forgive me if this is something I overlooked, I'm the newbie to quadcopters. I just bought a pv2+ and I'm having trouble with connecting the wifi to my phone. The power light on the extender is on steady but the system light just blinks (not steady).

    I first tried the wifi while it was sitting on my desk and I was able to get it connected. I was able to move the camera and take pictures with the DJI Vision app, but could not see the live video.  I didn't notice if the system light was blinking or not. After I shut everything off, I was unable to get it connected again. I called tech support and they told me I would have to send it to them and it would take about 5 weeks.

    I did some reading and tried binding the extender and phantom. The binding process worked great. When the extender restarted, the system light began blinking again.

    Before I box it up and send it back, I thought I'd try to find a fix for it first.
