    ***UPDATE*** I just spoke with Edward at DJI Support (818-235-0789 - option 3, then option 5). I explained that this happened when i was upgrading the firmware. He said he has heard of this, and he will gladly replace it. He sent me an RMA form, and I am in the process of packing it up. I was expecting to have a hard time with their support... I was very pleasantly surprised. Let's see how the process goes, and I will update this thread.
