hey guys. gotta question. im thinking about buying a seperate controller for my phantom 3 pro and doing a fpvlr mod to it. i hear the ones with the amplifiers are very directional. thats why i would like two controllers. one for long range in one direction and the other for average flying around. stupid question, can you use different controllers for a single aircraft or is it more of a pain then its worth? anyone else done this and have success? anybody have any suggestions of the best mod?

You would have to rebind the aircraft every time you change controllers. DBS or FPVLR are both good mods

Which mod would be better for trees and not necessarily distance?

Neither will penetrate dense trees on canopies

You can't fly through trees, unless you sharpen up the props. ;)

Or a chainsaw mod. I don't recommend lasers, they cut well but drain the battery quick.
