Public Liability Insurance ( UK only )

Hi,
So after asking on here last week about public liability insurance for the phantom,
I decided to go with fpvuk and paid £7.95 for the 6 months cover until July,
I have printed my policy document and I'm all set,
But just one question that I had to ask I suppose it makes sense or I'm missing something,
In the event of an accident and needing to use the police to claim,
How is one supposed to go about this as there's no contact details on the policy document,
Whom do you contact in the event of a mishap ?
Just like to clear this up for future reference,
As I have a few friends whom also have the same policy and they do not know,

Just a policy number that's it

Lol, weird, who is the insurance company and how did you take the policy out?

It's with FPVUK as recommended by a few on here,
Paid by PayPal and sent the policy document as PDF to print out
It's with Royal and sun alliance
Walker midgley insurers
Just would of been nice to explain this to customers before purchasing the policy
As the website is very vague
