Hi does anyone know if officially you can fly from a public footpath so long as you stick to the CAA rules ? And can you fly from beaches and parks if you keep to the rules ?

    No reason why not.

Public footpaths are rights of way on private land, so if the landowner comes over to you and asks you not to, then you should stop.
Parks and beaches are often council owned, again the council or one of their employees could reasonably ask you to stop.
