If you never hit anything with your props on a Phantom 3 is there a reason to change them? Do they wear out?

The threads are the weak point. Only ever tighten by hand. Inspect regularly. If they look worn then replace.

They could potentially last for a very long time (e.g. hundreds of flights) if you take care of them.

Does anyone know if Phantom 2 Vision Plus v3 Props can be used on Phantom 3 Advanced?

They should not be used on a P3. You can use P3 props on a P2V+ though.
