Problems with my dj6 transmitter

Ok, so I picked up a used P2 with the dj6 transmitter. This morning I was going to do the update on it and when I clicked on update the Tx shut off. I replaced the batteries and I get nothing, tried the reset button and the same thing, nothing. Is my tx dead?

I can't believe I'm the only person this has happened to???? I have posted this on many other forums and not one response from any of them. Oh well, thanks for the help

Sorry no one's responded to you bro, I've been flying P twos for a year and I never knew you could update the controller

Thanks, I did have one other person that had the same thing happen and he has no clue either as to why or if there is a fix. I have already replaced the tx with a new one but would like to save the old one if I can
