Problems with GPS on PHANTOM VISIÓN 2 PLUS

My P2V+ it takes a long grasping the satellite signal, I'm flying in the open, with no trees or buildings, sky off and when manages to grab the signal from satellites just grab 5, 6 or 7 satellites, but there does not grab .. .

Anyone know what could be happening ??

My P2V+ is new, never crashed, just what I've flown 3 times and always with the same problem

If you do the tin foil mod.Be sure to rap gps cable and plug a little with tin foil tape. Make all the deference.

When the wifi unit begins to fail it appears to emit more EMI. I dont know if this is whats happening with yours but its a possibility. Definitely do the foil mod along with the wire and plug wrap but try to keep it insulated using kapton tape over it all. You can also upgrade the onboard GPS antenna with a higher gain unit. I did my own and it got me another satellite and rock solid lock.
