Problems downloading from the scard in a phantom 4

Hi

I'm a few experience guy and I'm with a problem..
When trying to download from the p4sdcard I have a msg telling that only files 720, 1080' and jpeg will be transferred and "download fail"
Previously I did the same, files recorded in same format and had no problem...
Can someone give me a help?

It won't download videos on to your pilot. You need to download onto your pc by usb.
