Problem Gimbal camera Phantom 2 plus

Is there someone who can help me to solve the same problem that it is being showed in this video?

I have the same problem. The difference is, I didn't uploaded my phantom. I was flying, and it was normal. When I started my phantom the day after, the câmera didn't stop moving and the message REMOVE GIMBAL CLAMP appeared in my cell phone. I didn't crash it too.

I have seen quite a few situations such as this. Only solution is email dji and hope for them to replace/fix it. That could take 1-2 months, so I would start by emailing your dealer (who you bought it from) and see if they will replace.
