It doesn't seem possible, so I bought a Lightning to SD card reader. Just tried it...
Plugging the Phantom 4 Pro SD card it into the iPad (Mini 4) it opens iTunes to do an import. It's a bit slow showing the DNG files on the card, these are just squares with the letters RAW. I imported one, viewing it just shows a blank screen.
The video thumbnails pop up quickly. I imported a couple videos, faster than real time surprisingly. But when tapping the play button "Unsupported Video Format" pops up and won't play the video. But I can scrub the timeline and see every frame!
I sent a request to Autoflight Logic, maybe they have a solution...
