Hi everyone! FPV noob here!

So I want to power my Boscam 5.8 400Mw and my sony 700 tvl ccd with the Phantom's battery.

Here is where I am so far

I have soldered the power cable of the Vtx to the Aux power of the Phantom, and I'm about to solder the +,- and video cable to the camera cables.

Am I on the right track here? Will this work? :?

Thanks everyone!

Be careful around voltage needed for each device.
Phantom extra wire provides 12v, some cameras / vtx uses 5v. Check that, if are OK, then your mount should work ok. Suggets try wires join to pins with extra mini tamiya conectors instead soldering, for checking video signal is OK.

Thanks Jumanoc,

Confirmed Vtx and Camera are 12v ;)
