my phantom is blinking red green yellow and in the manual it says "power on self test" but doesn't tell you how or what to do afterwards

You'll see that continual red-green-yellow flashing means that there is abnormal IMU data, you'll need to connect the Phantom to the Assistant software and calibrate your IMU and compass there.

Same problem here after downloading 3.0 Assistant and upgrading firmware to 3.04. (Phantom 2)
Data through fpv shows normal gps and iosd mini-data. 7 sats etc.
Do the radio also need to be upgraded?
Problem started when I wanted to install ground station. (Plugged air end of ground station can-bus through Iosd-mini)
Anyone?
