Power off during uploading

I goofed. While uploading the latest download I turned off the power to my P3P. Now it just beeps very loudly at me. Now what do I do.

power on with firmware in sd card and yr P3 will upgrade again, made sure if there is a .txt file in sd card, just delete before start update.

Probably going through wrong procedure asking question here but I still haven't gotten and answer. The 32 channel program will not open through ipad. Is there one for ipad?
