Power level range extender in app

Hi i new in this forum
My name is elias and i from mexico city

i recent buy a phantom vision plus v2 in ebay
Is upgrade with antennas horizon in rc an bird
But i dont now if is normal that in the app of my iphone
The dji vision app dosent show me the level of battery of the range extender
In need help???
Is normal??
Is the version of the range extender?

In my app show like this and i charge the battery at full

If your rage extender happens to be one of the older Model RE500 extenders that was used on the p2v+ before they came out with the model RE700 extenders and also the model that still comes with the regular non plus visions Then you will not see the extenders battery level in the app.

Tho if your extender happens to be one of the model RE700 extenders Then you should see the battery level in the app.

There should be a sticker on the back of the extender that should say if its an re500 or if its an re700

Yes i see and the model is re500 can i upgrade if i change only the batery???
