I was on lunch taking a video of a train passing through downtown, which I thought was pretty cool. I wanted to save it off and show it to a buddy via YouTube but it looks like I can only save 10 seconds at a time. Is there a way to grab 60 seconds of a 15 minute video without having to save off the file from the SD card and using a third party program?

Why not grab the appropriate six consecutive ten second clips and combine them in order to recreate your original 60 second clip?

You can keep pressing the clip button while within that 10 second window and it will extend the clip, or you can drag the start and end points at a later date. When you generate the video though it'll only take a small portion, but again you have some control of what it clips when you edit the video.
