POI & distance

Growing up there is a lighthouse in the bay that fascinated me, from mainland its roughly 2.5 miles, got to maybe 2 miles or thereabouts took some pics & chickened out, from a different side there is a island accessible by boat which is in my estimation roughly 1.5 miles from lighthouse, Question what's the greatest distance any of ye guys have done a POI @ as this would be the icing on the cake shot / vid for me, see pic

While it might look close if I was being paid for this there'd be no cheque, flew into headwind for this attempt & was a dream return home, stock setup

Suggest you get the Litchie app and you will be able to fly there and back even if you are out of range of the RC. Just need to be sure you have battery capacity to do the return flight.

Don't have, & @ 1.5 miles POI is ok, have you tried ?, Thanks AUSPETE
