that whole article is a joke, so many holes in her arguments that I don't even know where to begin. lets just wait till the board makes it decision (which most already know the answer) For now the FAA is using smoke and mirrors...they can be ignored.

While I agree the FAA is on thin ice in general, I also know that you cannot simply ignore them. Once they decide to target you they can make your life very unpleasant with legal proceedings. Harass and Intimidate I think is their new approach.
if it went that far, then there's this great attorney that would love to take the case and counter sue the FAA for harassment.
