I am a newbie. Had my longest flight on my P3S. Hope this is not a stupid question, but how do I get the pics from the card. Or do you do it in the go app. I see the videos but not the pics. Thanks

I remove the memory card from my Phantom, insert it into a memory card reader (I use this one), insert that into my computer, and copy the photos/videos onto my computer.

It really depends on how much data you'll be storing on the memory card. Some people like to get several small memory cards and swap them out when changing the battery. That way you won't lose all of your files if the memory card somehow becomes corrupt, you lose it, etc.

If interested, you can find a list of memory cards that work well with the P3S here.

A 32gb will nicely hold an entire battery's worth of video on a P3S... and I highly recommend as msinger has suggested... more, smaller cards rather than one bigger one.

Very important to get one from the recommended list tho, or it may not work! I like the Lexar 633x 32gb.

Have fun flying and in the forum!
