Personally, I think the jpegs out of this camera are terrible. DNG files are much better, but still not up to the quality of even a good cell-phone camera, unfortunately. But my iPhone doesn't fly. And if it did, it certainly wouldn't return to home. :- p

Normally no. So then why is it still an option when shooting RAW? It could be this just applies to the jpg that is saved with the raw but I feel the raw is over sharpened so perhaps in this case, it does?
 
There a link on the download page to a site with Windows Installer version, that should see you alright.

I shoot in Raw, then process in adobe light room. Recently I have been correcting the distortion myself, I have found that the adobe profile is too accurate and that leaving a bit of curvature and distortion in the photo keeps the image looking more natural, especially at the borders of the photo.
 
There's some very, very nice photo's in here.
