Since some of us use photography in UAV's, the following links offer guidelines about photographer's rights:

Countless other topics on this forum discuss rights, the law, and regulations regarding the flying of remote controlled airborne model aircraft, including 'copters), but much of that is hearsay, guesses, good intentions, etc.

Are there any coherent, concise, reference websites that address rights and regulations regarding the operation of remote controlled flying aircraft?

That awesome! Thanks!

I found some more reference material:

Drone Laws (some of which include propossed laws) By State:

In my state (California), for example, there are proposed laws about eavesdropping, privacy, and immigration that may impact how UAV's are used. If I read some of that correctly, apparently, those who are engaged in unlawful activities see UAV's as a threat to their unlawful activities.
