Photo/video issue

    Is it me or is this a known issue??? If I don't reformat my SD card after every time I power on the aircraft, my pics and vids are corrupt... The data is in the file because they all contain the proper amount of MBs but the picture is black and it says "file corrupt" on my PC... When I try and look at them using the DJI app, they are black... I tried formatting the card and it worked again but for only one flight... So I reformatted and it works again... Happens with every power on... Sound like anything to anyone??????????

    What you describe sounds like what happens if you don't stop a video recording before shutting down the Phantom.
    If you are talking about just one video file that could be it.
    If you are talking about multiple files and stills - it's something else.
