I've been trying for many days to reach DJI by phone to get an RMA. Even if I call right after they open at 9 AM PST, the call is dropped as soon as the recording finishes the "please hold" bit. This happens repeatedly, consistently, every time, any time I call. Has ANYONE been able to get through?
I am trying now to get the repair done through the dealer I purchased from, but they want me to go through DJI in case the problem is covered by warranty.
