Phishing With My Phantom

I know some guys don't like it or are afraid they will lose concentration when other folks start hanging around asking questions, but I like it, a lot. It's fun for me to explain all the aspects of flying with a multi-rotor and all that my Plus can do.

So, sometimes I go Phishing. That's what I call it when I see people around but they're not coming over to see what's up. I often go to them. I fly my copter overhead, in front of them, bring it up close so they can see it, that sort of thing. I never get too close and I don't cause them to be concerned or afraid. Invariably, some will come over to see what it's all about. They are always amazed by the technology and want to know where, how much, brand, etc. They ask about the range and lifting capacity. I always refer them to Amazon where I got mine and to this forum and the FB page. I tell them about "fly-aways." Here is a pic of some older folks (like me) that were curious and came up to me in the parking lot of the casino we recently stayed at.

My guess is I'm responsible for selling about four of these things. I'm thinking of becoming a dealer and keeping a small stock in my motorhome when we are traveling.

Just curious if others feel the same way? How many do you think you have sold through enthusiasm?

So far I get someone talking to me in about more than half my flights. :lol:

Top questions usually asked is "Did you build that?" and "How much?".

But so far they usually lose interest on buying when I tell them how much I've spent on mines, but they love seeing it though. :lol:

I have yet to find someone with privacy issues though. :?

tl;dr: Apparently the lady thought she was doing the right thing by beating up the dude who was flying the quadcopter for filming at the beach. He recorded the whole thing as she called the cops, in which he was about to get arrested for but turned it around when he showed that video to them of the assault. She ended up getting like two years probation instead of jail time which was kinda controversial because it would probably be a whole different sentence if the genders were swapped.

On of my neighbors is a likewise smart one like that women.
They assault because they think there physically stronger and can oppress.
It seem to be a young man in the vid, some 20 years old ?
That women has serious mental issue and therefore the following apply's " Never argue with stupid people because it only proves that there are 2 of them ". When arguing it only escalates and it ends up like this. Be the wise guy and let them live.
As for my neighbor, what has he to hide ?
And when there is some sort of issue when the bird can be of assistance he will get the same response for me " If he can't understand my silence how on earth will he ever understand my worths ? " And thats what i am going to state to him on that moment.
