phantom2 fpv 1.3ghz

Got a new phantom2 v2.o with a 2.4 ghz radio. My question is will a 1.3ghz fpv system affect my radio signal on my phantom2?

It won't affect the radio system.. but GPS is very close to 1.3Ghz (1.5Ghz) and that will cause you bad problems.

Each GPS satellite transmits data on two frequencies, L1 (1575.42 Mhz) and L2 (1227.60 MHz)

Video transmitters are not constructed to the highest standards... so it may wipe out the very weak GPS signals.

It's going to be trial and error I'm afraid.

What frequency is the best for a decent long range fpv without any issues.
