Make sure the USB cable is properly connected, not the grey to black connection, where the grey usb cable connects the the led circuit board, it sometimes works it way loose . . .
When you plug the computer into the phantom, does the phantom led turn solid green or does it flash?
It should be solid green, open the shell and check and/or push the cable in, should work fine after that
Same thing has happened to me, it worked a few times, then one day it randomly didn't.

took it apart and still no luck
Check the device manager in windows and see if the DJI COM port is opened.
