Phantom Vision+ won't turn after first battery charge

I have been warming up the engines getting ready for first flight. Everything has been fine and had just calibrated and then noticed the battery was ready for its second charge.

Charged and plugged into Copter and battery lights all work fine but instead of the Copter turning on the battery shuts off.

Have unplugged and re plugged. Battery gets 4 lights and battery start functions till it should turn the copter on all seem normal. Have done it a hundred times.

Have searched the web and have not seen any others with this situation.

Are you pressing the battery button twice?

This is most likely slightly incorrect technique for turning on the battery.

Try turning the battery on and off with the battery out and on your on your desk.
If that works but when in the phantom it won't turn on it's possible there is a fault with the phantom.
