Phantom Vision 2+ won't hold altitude

I had a new gimbal and camera put on my Vision 2+ after having a crash... Had it returned and checked all firmware and software to make sure I was set to go. I have had to flights, both time letting is just hover in position and twice it has reduced power on it's own and dropped to the ground. I tried to add throttle and it did not seem to help. What's up. Can I re download all software and start over? Any thoughts. DT
