Phantom Vision 2: Missing Reciever Firmware V 1.0.1.3. HELP

I replaced a few small components on my Phantom after a crash, then after the repairs were complete I updated all the firmware on the controller and the phantom.
After updating I couldn't connect my controller to the phantom. I realized it was because I upgraded my controller firmware which needs reciever firmware 1.0.1.3 to work.
But in my assistant software there is no available update to this version. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any solutions?
I've contacted DJI and am still waiting for a solution from the engineering team......

Hello Taylor,
When I hooked my Tx, to ( RC ASSISTANT ) did firmware
Update, and calibration, then I hooked P2V
To ( PC ASSISTANT ) It updated MC, and receiver firmware
Automatically! No issues!

Did you replace the receiver?
Maybe it is an older version, and cannot
Be upgraded? Check the VERSION #,
On the receiver circuit board mine is V2.

Strange?

I didn't replace the reciever, just 2 of the ESCs.
My receiver says V5 on it so it should be able to update.
It would seem like the updated is just missing from my PC Assistant Software but I've uninstalled and reinstalled and tried on multiple computers.
I really have no idea at this point. The voltage across my Phantom appears to be alright also.

Does anyone have the firmware archives so I can downgrade my RC firmware or get the correct upgrade for my Receiver?

I just upgraded to 3.06 and still no connection. Also, I cant find my phantom on wifi either.

Any ideas?
