I'm new to flying my Phantom but I've been doing video production for years. I've seen a ton of videos out there but most are just raw footage, occasionally with some music. I'd like to throw out some advise so you can take your productions to the next level.

1. Editing to the music is easy as you can see the beat on the audio track. Edit to the beat. Change your shots with your music.
2. Aerial shots are cool, but don't make your video just aerials. Mix in some video shot on the ground. Add some still photos.
3. Pick a good song, something people will enjoy just as much as the video. Please, no Kenny G!
4. Change angles and position!
5. If you're looking for an editing software that's easy to learn yet powerful enough to produce a quality product, I highly recommend Sony Vegas Pro (or Sony Movie Studio for folks on a budget).

Here is a link to a video I put together today. I hope you enjoy it and please share your projects. I enjoy watching everyone's work.
