Phantom version question

I want to purchase a Phantom v1.1.1 with the upgrades:
Naza-M V2 Controller
Self-Tightening propellers with integrated motor cap
Dual Antennas
Preinstalled Slide Lever for Gimbal Tilt Control
New Receiver binds to Futaba Transmitters

The B&H website says version 1.1, not 1.1.1 Was there a v1.1 or is it really supposed to be v1.1.1 on the B&H site?

Also, would v1.1.1 not need the DJI Phantom Upgrade Kit for Zenmuse H3-2D?

I too would like to purchase this upgrade but getting consistent descriptions of what constitutes each Phantom version has been difficult.
As a last resort, I've contacted DJI and asked them to verify what differences are between each version. When I get a reply, I'll post it here.

Whatever the difference is between the Naza-M (V1 & V2) should begin to answer your H3-2D question. I'm comparing these flight controller differences also but what (if any) additional components are needed to install the H3-2D is something I'm still trying to determine. Hopefully other V2 Naza-M owners might help by volunteering this information.
