I posted a video to show you what I have. I replaced all ESC boards and the motors. Everything powers up. I upgraded all software and did the calibration. It just falls over when trying to fly and the propellors fall off when they smack the ground.

Any help? I am sure it is a newbie mistake, but I don't know what else to try

Motors are all spinning counter clock wise from what I can see. Only two are supposed to run counter clock wise.

You need to change the polarity in the two appropriate motors as depicted in image above.

How do I fix the rotation of the motors? Is it simply a matter of changing the wires that I soldered to the ESC boards?

Yes switch the positive lead with a negative lead as confirmed in this thread. viewtopic.php?t=

I suppose you are referring the colors (red, black) of the motors wires?
(video would not open for me)

FYI: They do not represent polarity.

Swapping any two of the three motor wires will reverse rotation.
It is similar to a 3ph ac motor in this way.

Do not reverse the polarity at the ESC DC input!

Here's how the motor wiring should look. Click to enlarge photo.
