Phantom issues

Our store demo has developed a couple problems. First is when linked up to the software on the computer an error pops up on the screen unable to start motors as throttle mid stick setting is to high. We are using the stock radio. I have done the transmitter calibration several times with no difference. If you move the throttle to the center the slider on the screen is green and shows a number of about 10. The slider used to be in the center and show green at low stick. The other problem is it now flashes 4 red flashes fast then a short pause and keeps repeating this sequences it has never done this before. I thought that is a sign of ow voltage but each cell has 4.0 volts. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Chuck

Ok not sure exactly what fixed the throttle issue but it is back to normal. The lights are back to normal as well. I did reinstall the latest version of the firmware and recalibrated everything. Now all is well again. Chuck
