I've given up on DJI and their lack of post-sale support and have returned my Phantom to place of purchase for a refund.

So now I have this beautiful sturdy Phantom/GoPro case to sell. It's a "GoProfessional Custome Xtreme Case" that I paid $189 bucks for. The outside has a few scuffs and marks but the inside is as new. View here: http://www.goprocases.com/xb-dji.aspx

For anyone needing a Phantom case, this is one sweet deal. I have the same one, and really like it.

I fully understand. They dont have support. They rely on these message boards and what not. Took them two weeks to answer an email and they didnt even bother answer my question. Very bad business model and Im hoping its just growing pains.
