At 934g?? Granted that's shipping weight... so subtract the box and packaging... but still, it may make it easier to find, but it'd also make it fly only half as long.

Plus, you still have to get eyes on it to find it.

Seems like the GPS trackers, which are lighter, and work whether you can see your Phantom or not, are a better way to go IHMO.

DOH! I am just not reading my weights well today. :/

Amazon says the boxed weight is 934g (Product Details), but then goes on to say the actual weight of the product is 5g (under Dimensions). That's a LOT of packaging! But 5g is definitely manageable on a Phantom, yeah.
