phantom fc40 plus fatshark

can only get my hands on a fc40.every phantom 1 within a thousand mile radius is sold or on back order.must be awesome if everyone wants one.my concern is that the fc40 transmitter is 5.8ghz and the fatshark goggles are also 5.8ghz.will there be interference? and why did dji change the tx from 2.4 to 5.8.

It won't work and datshark will not make a different one.

DJI made this so that you can put a camera on it without interference.

im in edmonton and the site i bought the phantom from converted the fc40 to a 2.8 tx/rx
