Phantom doesn't connect to software after upgrade kit

    Hi guys

    Can anyone help me with connecting the Phantom to the software and RC after installing the upgrade kit?

    I've downloaded the new assistant software NAZA-M version 2.18
    I don't know how to install the NAZA M firmware to v4.00. I get a pop up when I execute the newest NAZA-M V2 software

    I hope I've done everything right with installing.
    When I connect my battery the light turns green en red.
    The Phantom responds to the RC when I put both handles to the inner bottom corners.

    There is no serial number in the software, and I can't enter my S/N, the software doesn't respond when I enter my 32 digits that's on my Phantom box it came in.

    The Zenmuse gimbal doesn't fire up, but I see that power is coming though because of the red light of the GoPro Hero 3.

    So what to do?
    Can anyone help me out? I've got a flight on monday for a customer who needs some aerial shots.

    Okay...
    It's done

    The USB connection within the Phantom wasn't installed correctly.
    After I connected it the right way... miracles happened ;)

    So if you're upgrading your Phantom... be sure to check on this
