A discount would be an unacceptable solution ... their standard offer is to give you a 30% discount and then you have to purchase a new one ... hence a new Phantom 3 Professional will now cost $1,637.00. When a manufacturer has a "bug" in the system, they should either replace the entire kit or refund the money. Alternatively, at the very least, they should give the customer store credit for the purchase price. I am speaking with them later this evening ... let's see just how good their customer service policies are ...
