Phantom Battery Error

I'm using a DJI Phantom 1 copter. I bought a new battery for it. When I plug it it to the charger(DJI original charger), it charges for few minutes and starting to blink both red and green lights of charger. I hope this is some kind of a error. And after that I didn't use that battery for flying, because i was not sure about it. Yesterday one of my other batteries showed the same error indication. Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue? Please could anyone help me.

I didn't ship back the first battery to the seller (B&H, USA), because it was too expensive.

Shouldn't be any issue, it's normal for batteries to need a little cell balancing during charges.
