You'll find all sorts of things recommended on Youtube
Many of them have no basis in truth.
Ask the Youtube guy to provide supporting evidence.

I recommend you don't fly your batteries down below 3.4V (see more details here) and store them like this. Check out the Phantom battery safety guidelines for additional tips that apply specifically to caring for Phantom batteries.

You got it. The only percent that matters is always taking off with a 100% charged battery.
