Phantom 4 warning help

Ok I went to take off and I guess I didn't make sure the propellers were locked. One flew off and the drone flipped. I quickly stopped motors and made sure no damage was done. Only issues was scratches on top of props. So I put the props on and did a test flight. Below is the error message I received. So returned home checked everything from loose motors, prop installation kit, damaged props. Nothing. Turned off app, drone and restarted a flew with no issues or warnings. Any ideas???

It sounds like you already cracked this case. Make sure you double check your props before taking off next time and all should be fine.
