Phantom 4 pro+ monitor cant reboot

After a few flight. Touchscreen of phantom 4 pro+ Not work any more. I was press the button to reboot but i cant chose the option "ok" or "cancel" because the screen not responded. May you help me.. tq

have you tried to powering off the controller and power on again?

yes, i already powering off the cotroller for a many time. but still touchscreen canot function..

try connect it to a pc with latest DJI Assistant 2 and reset it to default
