Phantom 4 Controller Problem

I have a Phantom 4 for about 9 months. Everything is ok but very recently my controller will NOT recharge. When attempting to charge the controller it shuts down after a few minutes. Tried another power unit and the same thing occurs; hence, it's probably a controller problem. Anyone else have this problem or can offer a suggestion?

Is the controller showing a full charge before it turns off, and how many lights are showing when you turn it on? There have been a few threads of late regarding controller battery charging issues. If your unit is still under warranty, maybe return it as it seems it is impossible to replace the battery yourself if that seems to be the problem. Is the charger ok with your batteries to rule out the charger?

Thanks revel for your response. The controller only shows 2 lights. When I attempt to change it, the controller turns off in a few minutes. Yes I'm still under warranty and am attempting to contact DJI. I'll post when my issue is resolved.

Same issue here, would shut off after a minute or so. Swapped it out, thanks Amazon Prime.
