Phantom 4 Camera gimbal constantly moving up and down

Whever my phantom 4 is powered on the camera gimbal will constantly move up and down and does not react to gamble input from the controller.

I updated the firmware to the latest version, reset the drone, recalibrate IMU, as well as the camera gimbal to no effect. I also repaired the remote and drone. None of this had any effect.

Anyone seen this issue before or know of any possible solutions?

I ended up sending it in to get repaired it cost $70 at a local drone repair store.
