So last week on Wednesday (09/12/2015) I was flying my drone in quite bad weather (15mph) and the wind suddenly took my drone into a tree. It stayed in the tree for about 5 seconds before falling to the ground from about 20ft. Now, upside down I thought the drone was ok but I was wrong, I suddenly noticed that the camera was no longer attached. I found the camera and it looked like this:
Not the greatest sight, but after thinking about it, this seems like a rather simple fix. I have 3D printer the Y arm from this model here. Also the ribbon cable I have got off here.
So the 3D printed model looks like this:
The Camera in close up to the ribbon cable looks like this:
And the drone in close up looks like this:
My question is this seems to easy, is there anything else I need to do?
