Phantom 3 range test, one word: Impressive

    Hello everyone

    Today i made a range test with my phantom 3 advanced
    i was quite impressed by the results.



    any feedback ?

    Do you think it is possible to go even further safely ?

    How much battery left when you got back? Looks like a great place to fly!

    i was at 52 % battery when i came back . the flight was 9,36 minutes.
    yes this place is awesome , nothing to bother your flight

    Very cool, where are you at? With that battery power you probably could have gone much further, but don't follow my advice I'm an amateur! :)

    I am in corsica , the island just under France. a wonderful place. a mountain in the middle of the sea.

    Wow! You could have definitely gone further, just make sure you watch the wind. And remember, if you lose contact, RTH is only going to do 15mph....so either know your distance and wind to insure you can make it back or don't push to the point of lost contact. I am going for some long range flights in a few minutes. I only wish I had that kind of area to fly in. Beautiful!

    oh yeah for my next try i will try to go further . this time i went to 3.4 km (11300 feet) maybe 4 km next time if there is no wind .

    Check attached photo, 16,419 feet! I used a Phantom 3 Abvanced with stock controller and Skyreat parabolic range extenders, and those things really work!
