So on the SD card there's nothing but the BIN file and the photo file? Try re downloading the FW maybe

I try both SD card adapter and USB stick. I let then sit until the "I'm on. Turn me of" signal. The LED stays RED all the time. Not a flicker...

On the stick and SD card there is only the one firmware file. And the stick and SD adapter is hot...
